POISE Academy is an educational consulting agency that is dedicated to increasing access to information on the educational process for marginalized communities. Providing a high-quality, well-rounded education for children has become increasingly challenging and overwhelming, and we aim to help parents create the success their kids deserve- by sharing knowledge and expertise in a way that is engaging, and accessible. Through strong community and online engagement, our workshops, programs, and resources provide a platform for everyone to discover best practices and tools for achieving success.

POISE also aims to empower BIPOC youth both personally and professionally, as they prepare for self-sufficient and prosperous lives. With a focus on soft skill development, emotional intelligence, and individual responsibility, our POISE Academy program offers young girls a unique opportunity to learn fundamental life skills. We recognize that not every child receives this kind of instruction at home or in school, and in a society that has become increasingly technological and competitive, we believe these important skills must be passed on to every child.
